I was born and spent my childhood in the small town of Stillwater, New Jersey.  My family moved to Tampa my sophomore year where I graduated from Leto High School.  After attending St. Pete College, I moved to the historic town of Lutz, where I still reside today.

While studying architecture in college, I worked, managed and eventually purchased the franchise eatery where I was employed.  My restaurant was consistently a top performer in both the local market and nationally.  After 33 years, I was ready to move on to my next challenge.       

My biggest satisfaction in owning my restaurant was taking care of my customers.  Going beyond what is expected was the key to our success. I use this desire along with my passion for architecture and business experience to help clients sell or buy their next home.

When I am not working with clients or expanding my real estate education I can be found helping coach my son’s cross country team, playing roller hockey or taking photography classes.
